Gone are the days of working out on my balcony, thank goodness! I’ve signed up to a perfectly priced gym, subsidised by work. In comparison to the other gyms out there, its extremely cheap. The plan is to work out during my lunch breaks, which means sacrificing precious eating time. Now if thats not dedication, I dunno what is!
To be quite honest, Im dreading my first spin class. I find it such a mission just to pedal a damn bike but apparently its meant to be a really effective workout if you do it right. So I will attempt to give it my best shot, albeit having weakness in my lower torso. Lets see how long I can keep this up for.
Update: Well that lasted a good two weeks. I never ended up going to a spin class. Moving right along…
