Woke up to a clear day today...hooray! After a few days of (unusual) rain here in Ibiza, the sun has finally come out to play. Yay! Now this is more like it. A perfect day for a beautiful coastal walk methinks, given I'd spent the entire time indoors stuffing my face! Armed with a hat,... Continue Reading →
Cape Town is a mixture of stunning landscapes - mountainous ranges, beautiful coasts surrounding buzzing streets and not to mention....a culinary haven for foodies and wine lovers! For the rest of us mere mortals, it means enduring countless hours of cramped seating in the cattle barn that is economy. I shouldn't complain really, considering my 5'3 stature requires little leg room. But the thought of spending... Continue Reading →
Double the celebrations might I add. Given our wedding anniversary is the week after my birthday, it was a good enough reason to celebrate abroad...as if we needed an excuse for a holiday! Where to go that's a short flight away for guaranteed sunshine in November? Lanzarote! Goodbye gloomy London, we'll see you in about a... Continue Reading →
